I have a 2005 mustang gt my outer headlights work fine my inner headlights and fog lights that run off a toggle switch dont work i had two good mechanics working on it seems to be that the after market dual relay on the driver side fender is not getting power. When one mechanic stuck his probe in the relay on the passenger side fuse box on the fender it energized the dual relay and the fog and inner lites worked fine so they deducted that the headlight switch was not gronding out properly.
